NIJ 0108.01 Ballistic Resistant Protective Materials Test Standard

NIJ 0108.01 is an internationally accepted standard for testing the protection levels of armour materials. Whilst a very simplistic standard this same simplicity means that this document finds itself in use worldwide for many different applications.
Care is to be taken not to confuse this standard with NIJ 0101.06 which is intended for the testing of PPE / Body armour and whose protection levels / threats are subtly different.
